Yes, it can be used as an inner load bearing partition wall, but due to fire safety issues, it can not be used between flats as flat-dividing walls.

The load bearing struction is based on concrete and reinforced concrete, these‘ steadiness and load ability is far better than the brick’s or the wood’s structure. By using the proper method more floors can be built on each other.

The ordered walls are delivered in 5 days, while slabs and related objects in two weeks after order.

At local storage, we must focus on the fact, that the building material is light even in the unit packaging, therefore it requires safe fastening. Must be protected from mechanical harms at warehousing. We must not cover Neopor products with clear foil.

Wall elements are usually delivered in 1,2 m3 and 35 m2 unit packaging, baled, fixed by bonds at the edges. There is no pallet. Carriage fee is only counted for the way between the producing factory and the customer. We can offer a carriaging fee just in case of possessing every information about the order.

It is suggested to plaster as soon as possible, but there were occasions when the walling remained without plastering for years, and kept its physical features.

Yes, we use traditional water insulation. If we have to place the water insulation to the IsoShell elements, we have to use greasy or self-sticking water insulation.

No, because the steadiness of the polystyrene elements is adequate. The construction can be carried out manual and automatic concreting. While using automatic/ machine-made concreting, we need to pay attention to the fixing of the elements.

To build a house – which is ready to move in – with 140m2 floor area, we need 3-5 months depending on difficulty. Building the walling structure lasts for 2-4 days.

Quality: general, C16/20 16 F2. Necessary concrete quantity: 0,150 m3/wall m2. Watering the concrete is unnecessary, because the insulation of Neopor ensures the necessary amount of water for bonding.

We have to iron in statically necessary places – usually the same as in the case of brick houses – when it comes to a self-contained house: edges, pillars, bridges, pointing sills. The static designer determines that where and what kind of ironing is necessary taking the load ability in account.

Light compressing is advisable during concreting by slightly hitting the side-wall. Do not vibrate the wall.

We can set this to the wall system made of traditionally welded bituminous sheet-iron. We can set both the water-based (not aggressive thinner), greasy water insulation and the self-sticking, modified bituminous sheet directly to the Neopor.

We set those in a traditional way, because it contains concrete 5cm behind the walling’s surface, so it is suitable for setting by wall plugs, screws. Due to the additional elements of IsoShell wall, installing the openings can be carried out in one step. Meeting the requirements of the passive house, Ral’s, adhesive taping technics are suggested for installing.

We don’t need to use additives up to +5C (Neopor insulates the concrete), below +5C  we need to use them and meet the requirements of concreting in winter. Construction in winter – fast, periodic heating with low heating demand- can easily be carried out due to the inner heat insulation of IsoShell wall.

After the preparation of the surface by flexible tile sticker, it can be plastered with wire lathing. We can make chemical plaster by traditionally plastering on surface made of brick or stone, and fastening the structure. In basic situation we use “dryvit” for plastering the outside.

No. The Lego-like structure ensures the rigid connection between the elements.

The IsoShell Construction System is remarkably suitable for this. The heat insulation behind the heating pipes increases the efficiency of the heating, covered by gypsum or plasterwork.

Using hot knife, we can install safe pipes or isolated pipes through the grooves.

IsoShell construction system does not require special groundwork technology.

No, it’s sound insulation is great. The sound insulation of the Isoshell walling is 52 pieces, due to the 15 cm long, continuous iron core.

The uninsulated concrete can cause panel feeling due to its cold radiation. The IsoShell wall has a great inner-outer heat insulation, so there is not any cold radiation, it does not touch directly the concrete surface.
